EDITORIAL POLICY

How pnclODDS is written and checked.

The rules every page and post on this site follows, and how to hold us to them.

What this site publishes

Guides and dated notes about one part of working with Pinnacle odds through the API. Each page answers a question a developer or bettor would search for, states where its facts come from and links to the pages it builds on. Calculators run in the browser and send nothing anywhere.

The site is edited by Elena V., whose name appears on every post.

How facts are checked

Prices, quotas, rate limits, endpoints and field names are taken from the vendor's published documentation and restated with the date they were checked. When the vendor's pages disagree with each other, the page says so instead of picking a number.

We do not publish measurements we have not run. Latency, freshness and uptime figures appear only with the method and the date behind them. A documented capability is reported as documented, never as tested, unless a page says it was tested and how.

The Pinnacle odds API guide on pnclAPI restates the whole API surface with the same dates. It is the reference the network's sites cite, and the first place a correction lands.

How posts are produced

Posts are drafted with software assistance under the editor's direction and pass an automated editorial check before publication. The check rejects filler phrases, prices and limits stated without a date, posts that repeat a page or an earlier post, missing translations and links that leave the site. Each post carries its publication date, its editor and the page it supports.

Posts are published a few times a week, never on a fixed schedule, and only when they say something the site's pages do not.

Corrections

If a page states a price, a limit or a field that no longer matches the documentation, the page is corrected and its updated date changes. Nothing is corrected silently, and a post that turns out to be wrong is withdrawn rather than quietly rewritten.

How the site is funded

The site earns a referral commission when a paid plan is opened through one of its links. Those links are marked as sponsored, they never change the advice on a page, and every guide recommends starting on the free key before paying for anything.

Independence

This site is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by Pinnacle, and it is not run by the data vendor. The vendor issues keys, runs the feed and handles billing and support; the Pinnacle name is used only to describe whose prices the feed carries.

Languages

Every page is published in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. The translations are made from the English text; when they differ, the English page is the reference.
